Zion LifeCycle
Discovery
Discovery
In the discovery phase, we converse with customers and asked questions. While determining if we are the best fit, we must actively listen to their specific pain points and be ready to ask for clarification or follow-up questions to understand the unique underlying challenge. As a result, we can identify opportunities, provide unique solutions, and project timelines to benefit their business' specific challenges.
Scope of Work
Scope of Work
Many challenges can be found within a customer's supply chain; however, each challenge will be unique to that customer. In this stage, we are again listening to our customers' challenges to understand the customer perspective thoroughly as we review the work to be performed for the project's duration, approve the timeline, and confirm that data availability will occur.
analyze
analyze
Every challenge requires in-depth analysis to understand the root cause of the issue entirely. By focusing on the challenge at hand, and the multiple variables that may be impacting that challenge, the team at Zion can provide ideas on how to approach the challenge while meeting the customer need. Zion will align on the Design year and finalize the implementation approach. The team will baseline current operations, review initial data, and incorporate forecasted growth.

Design
Using the team's experience, we presented our customers with options as we thoroughly analyzed the challenge. The team at Zion strives to provide solutions to challenges that fit each customer's long-term strategy, allowing for the most significant amount of business flexibility while providing the path for Intelligent Change. This step of the Life Cycle is where Zion can separate itself from the rest. With 90+ years of experience on the team, they can identify the technologies and solutions that will work with your situation. In this stage, we will create the initial high-level concepts, budgets, and timelines.
Implement

Memorable Experiences aren't made by being perfect. Memorable Experiences are made by delivering on the promise of doing the job well and ensuring that no stones are left unturned. Zion will develop the firm costing model and create the approval documentation for your team to review. After sign-off, release orders are sent to Zion's business partner, where Zion is to install, test, and commission the solution.
Support
Support
The team at Zion focuses on long-term relationships, those that live past the initial transaction. That is why we will be there to support each customer in their journey, knowing that solving one challenge often allows for focus on the next. The final step of the Zion Life Cycle is where Post-Go-Live support goes into place. There is periodic customer review as well as optimization opportunities as time progresses.
